Who we are and what this covers
SwitchedGames.org is operated by NARBE LLC to support an ongoing NARBE Foundation initiative. It provides a curated collection of accessible games and related resources. NARBE Foundation is a separate organization that supports the mission and runs the donation and switch-kit programs linked from this site.
This notice covers SwitchedGames.org. Play links open games or Benny's Hub on narbehouse.github.io. The Hub and its optional Companion have their own features, storage and services; see the Benny's Hub and Companion privacy notice. Those features do not all run on SwitchedGames.org.

Information involved in a visit
Hosting and images
GitHub Pages hosts this site. Loading a page or image sends the hosting service normal connection information, including your IP address and the requested resource. Game thumbnails load from narbehouse.github.io, and the About page's family image loads from raw.githubusercontent.com, even if you do not follow a game link. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Google Analytics
The homepage, About page and cryptocurrency statement page use Google Analytics to understand site visits and time spent on the site. Their Analytics code starts when the page loads. It does not wait for a consent choice, and the site currently has no built-in Analytics opt-out or cookie-consent banner.
Analytics sends Google information such as the page visited, referring page, browser and device details, and identifiers used to distinguish visits and sessions. Google also receives connection information, including an IP address. The site uses first-party Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_FGVD6RB4H1. Measurement can vary with browser protections and service settings.
See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy page and the Terms of Use page do not load Analytics.
Fonts and the notice dismissal
The homepage, About page and cryptocurrency statement page request fonts from Google Fonts. These requests send Google connection and request information. The legal pages use fonts available on your device instead. Google's Fonts FAQ and Privacy Policy describe that service.
The cryptocurrency notice on the homepage and About page remembers dismissal in your browser's session storage, using the key narbe-crypto-statement-dismissed-2026-10-10. This stores a dismissal flag, not your name or a consent choice. It normally lasts for the tab's page session; browser session restoration can keep it longer. These legal pages do not open that notice.
The showcase also stores favorite game IDs and recently opened game IDs on this device in local storage, using switchedgames-favorites and switchedgames-recent. These lists help you return to games; they do not store game progress or sync to an account. They remain until you remove favorites or clear the site’s browser data. The logo introduction uses the session-storage flag switchedgames-intro-seen so it does not replay on every page visit.
Contact, levels and collaboration
Contact, level-submission and collaboration links open Google Forms on Google's site. They are links, not forms embedded in SwitchedGames.org. The linked forms currently require Google sign-in before their questions are visible. Read the form's questions and any collection notice before submitting; do not assume that an email address or Google account is anonymous.
Messages, contact details and content you choose to provide through these routes are supplied for responding to your inquiry, reviewing a level, or discussing a collaboration. Google processes form submissions, and the form owner and people authorized by that owner can access responses. Contact us before sending if you need to know who will review a particular submission.
Shared levels are reviewed before being added. New games go through an agreed collaboration, accessibility testing with switch users, and NARBE quality review. Accepted contributions and agreed credits can become public in the collection. Sending content does not guarantee publication; see submissions in our Terms of Use.
Only include information needed for your request. Avoid passwords, payment details, private medical information, and personal information about other people. Google's handling of Forms and sign-in information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Donations and Foundation programs
The homepage embeds a Givebutter donation widget for NARBE Foundation. The widget loads when you expand the “Support the mission” section. It can then request service resources, use cookies, and send connection, device and usage information to Givebutter and its service providers. It also loads supporting resources, including payment software, security checks and social-media software, whose providers receive connection information. Loading it is different from following an ordinary external link. See the Givebutter Privacy Policy.
If you donate, Givebutter and its payment services handle checkout. The campaign organizer receives donor information, such as your name, email address and donation details; using a payment processor does not make your donation anonymous to the organization. Givebutter explains that hiding your name or amount from the public does not hide your information from the organizer. See its donation and public-display guidance.
Newsletter signup and switch-kit application links lead to NARBE Foundation's program pages. These programs are separate from NARBE LLC's SwitchedGames website. Review the notices and choices shown there, and contact the Foundation about its donor records, newsletter or applications. The legal pages contain only a donation link and do not load the Givebutter widget.
Use, recipients and retention
The information described above supports page delivery, usage measurement, responses to inquiries, and review of proposed contributions. Donation and program information serves the Foundation's separate programs. The relevant recipients include the hosting and service providers described here, the people managing form responses and correspondence, and the Foundation as campaign organizer. Publicly accepted content and agreed credits are visible to visitors.
Browser storage and records held by services have different lifetimes. The dismissal and introduction flags use session storage; favorites and recently opened games use local storage. Analytics cookies can remain across visits until they expire or are removed. Analytics data retention depends on the property's settings and Google's policies. Messages, form submissions and donation records are separate from browser storage. Contact the organization handling a record to ask about its retention or request deletion; clearing cookies does not delete those records.
Other outbound links, including partners, development resources and game destinations, take you to services with their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you use them. A provider's general policy may describe features beyond the particular integration used here.
Your choices and requests
- You can read these legal pages without JavaScript or accepting optional cookies.
- Browser settings can restrict cookies and third-party requests or clear stored site data. Blocking a service may affect fonts, donations or other page features. Clearing data does not by itself prevent a later visit from creating it again.
- Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. Its limits are explained by Google; it does not remove past data or stop other services.
- You can choose not to send a form or follow an external link. For Foundation communications, use the choices provided by the Foundation and the relevant service.
To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or get help identifying the right organization, email narbehousellc@gmail.com. Identify the site or form, roughly when you submitted it, and what assistance you want. Include only enough information to locate the record. Information you send with a request is used to address that request.
Requests concerning records held by Google, GitHub, Givebutter or another provider may also need to be made through that provider's privacy controls. Removing browser data cannot remove a provider's records, a downloaded copy, or content already shared publicly.
Families and policy updates
Families, caregivers and educators use accessible games together. Please avoid including a child's personal or medical information in a message or shared level. A parent or guardian with a concern about information submitted by a child can use the contact route above.
